    xerox workcentre 5775 not upgrade

    I have a wc 5775 when i want to upgrade with usb or lan coble it cannot upgrade
    when the machine is on it show copy and printer unavailable help me plz

      USB 2.0 stick only.

      Kingston preferred.

      FAT 32

      Still won't load? Suspect failed drive.

          make sure upgrades are enabled first, if that is enabled and you still cant then do an altboot.
