xerox 700 skew issue

Good day, have a xerox 700, very strange problem, the printed image would have a serious skew on the short end, (lets say 12x18 - the 12 side) I changed the registration transport and same thing. This is happening from every tray, I also notice that when the paper is fed through, (lets say it jams) and I see it before it reaches the BTR, but passes the registration area the paper looks slanted, I also changed my rollers that are before the registration, the 2 rubber looking rollers, any idea what could be causing all the paper to come in slanted? thanks

Did you change 2nd Btr?
These can't last much longer than 300K.

Did you change 2nd Btr?
These can't last much longer than 300K.

it is older than 300k, but why would the paper be transferring slanted before it reaches the 2nd btr? before the paper hits the 2nd btr, you can see it slanted if the job were to jam for some reason, the paper is slanted from the registration assembly.

Do you have edoc or service manual for X700 ?
Registration work differently for X700 than dc2xx machine.
