xerox 700 error code 077-311

i have a xerox 700 with a code 077-311 that is really challenging me .It talks of the inverter system of which we have changed from a working machine.
when you test the inverter nip motter in diagnostic it makes a vibrating noise and the motor does not turn .I have also changed the iot driver no result.
what can i do.

There is error in edoc. Nip sensor is in
PL 10.6 item 14.
Rezistence of the nip motor = 1.3 ohm

thanks for the tips .
I have gone ahead and replaced the exit inverter assembly and IOT driver Pwb from a working machine but the fault didn't clear,
the inverter motor still make vibrating noise while warming up with fault code 077-311.
