Xerox copycentre C118

Hello,
My costumer is buy a copycetre c118, and is working very short, and machine is block, and write, that need to replace drum unit.
Can you tell me, did I must change the chip or I can reset with another way?
And, what kind of chip I can use ( its only for that model, or random and which model )
