WC 5745 BF01 Finisher Jams when passing exit rollers in finisher

    [Jamming] WC 5745 BF01 Finisher Jams when passing exit rollers in finisher

    The paper (frequent intermittent) when going into the finisher exit "tray" when running sets. The paper will miss the paper side guides and go under it. I have cleaned rollers and checked for obstructions and found nothing and everything looks like is working as it should. I put a different brand ream of paper in and it still did it... Fuser in great shape... Any help would be GREATLY appreciated !!

      sounds like it is not aligned correctly or doesn't have the correct mounting plate

          The problem just started occurring last week. Thinking also may have an obstruction and did all I could to find it without taking all apart...Sure do appreciate your help... These Xerox's are "kickin my butt" right now...

              make sure the rollers are turning in the finisher...

              screw a xerox .. wouldn't put on in the friggin dog house for her to use

                  Check the eject assy. The step motor maybe wearing out and not allowing the ejector assy to time correctly. IS it shooting out and curling up in half? I would take a Xerox color over any other manufacturer any day. What is the error code in Error History. Go into Diags and get the description of error to point you in the right direction.
