[Error Code] Workcenter 7242 089-311

When you turn machine off then it comes up fine. Copies a few that look great then the paper will jam on the left side just below the fuser and give the 089-311 error. My guess that the transfer belt is slipping or stalling. Should I just replace the transfer belt if this is the case ?

This code occured when the patch on belt not "visible" by the sensor. If replace transfer belt and ADC sensor cleaned the problem not continues.
