[Error Code] Xerox 5665: system unavailable. No software upgradeable.

    Hello.
There is an Xerox 5665 with totally destroyed network controller. It was stay for about 5 years. Of course the battery was dead.

I've replaced the yellow battery, restored NVM, removed network controller and its firewire daughterboard from machine. I've configured 5665 as a digital copier via NVM.
But this machine boots with well-known "System unavaiable". Well, I did an OF5 Boot Up Failure RAP, OF7 IOT Diagnostics RAP - that's all right.
Then I booted it in "non-consumer mode" via Image processing PWB's jumper j222. It boots rather well, copier UI fully works, machine sees all trays, paper and so on.
BUT when I booted it in "normal mode" - system unavaiable again.

Then I tried an "software upgrade".
    1) In "non-consumer mode" utility connects to machine, turns an UI into software upgrading mode, but progress bar on the PC moving endless. It doesn't ask for firmware file, then 5665 reboots and utility loose the connection.
    2) In consumer mode utility cannot connects to 5665 at all because of "System unavaiable".

    I tried 25.00.0012 diagnostic tools.

    What software version ?
You need to do dc132 and after that reload copier only software

Can I do it without network controller? Motherboard is a broken because of electrical failure.

you should have mentioned that to begin with.... you need a new motherboard before doing altboot

sorry I didn't see where he said motherboard of net controller... and the way some here describe things you never know what " motherboard" means to them...

                            Thank you for responses.

                            I underline:
                            1) 5665 body is a good condition. All wirings, IOT PWB, Image processing PWB and so on. It's not TAG40 model (with one-board network controller).
                            2) Network controller (back-mounted PC with Ethernet) connected to 5665 body via Firewire - has a burned motherboard. It does't work and I removed it totally with Firewire connection card on 5665's Image processing PWB removed too.
                            3) I've done an yellow battery replacement and NVRAM restoring via PWS.

There is an j222 jumper on Image processing PWB.
                            1) j222 closed - "consumer mode". 5665 boots in condition "System unavaiable". PWS can't connect because of NO USB connection.
                            2) j222 opened - "non-consumer mode". 5665 boots in normal regular UI. PWS can connect, NVRAM/Audiotron rw and so on fully works. But firmare update utility faults in endless progress bar running. It can't connect and no asks for firmware uploading. Then it looses the connection.

I want to run this 5665 as a digital copier.
