    [Misc] Docucolor250 Black Problem

Hello everyone! I am facing a lot of problems on my Doc250 for the last few days. Black is printing erratically. I have changed Drums, Drums Unit and Developer Unit but no joy. Initialized all NVM values. Still no change. I am attaching a picture of the copy and the original. Please help me!

What did the ROS window look like when you cleaned it?

Hi Prismtech! Black ROS window is clean.... I suspect the drum earthing. Let me check and I'll let you know. Thanks for asking!

I must ask are you using Xerox toner and supplies? If not please go rip one and stop reading this. If you are using Xerox toner read on. Check your toner dispense unit. Goes from toner carts to developer unit, in this case you have 2 for Black. May have 093 error codes present in Fault History. Stick screw driver in dispense holes to make sure the toner is flowing freely. May be clumped up with moisture in the air.
99% of copy/print quality problems I have on these models Doc 240 to J75 is due to generic toners and supplies. The money you save with generics does not come close to what your gonna spend on service.

        Hope this helps
