    [Error Code] photocoping and scanning unavailble

    i have a xerox wc 5755 displaying photocopying and scanning unavailable but am able to print the Dadf is not responding even when i open it its not showing on the screen that it is open what could be the problem

      1. Dadf not plugged in.

      2. You bought a used unit and the scan bar fell off the rails during transport.

      3. Pull the error code.

          yes DADF not plugged into body of machine...

          check the DADF lid switch. since you open it and it does not respond correctly.. I would check that second.

              the machine has been working okey i havent changed the Dadf the error code is 14-730 Scanner Application Card Failure
