Hi,

Be couse of a paper jam, I remove the fuser of my xerox pro420 machine. The fuser was working fine until I remove it, but when I put it back into machine I receive U4 code.
I was tryng to reset it using this procedure, but is not working. What are the steps? How I must install control panel?
