Hi looking for a tec who might help with my xerox 5000, when i turn the machine on the fans all work etc but then it just sits there, the fuser does not start the ui just sits there saying connecting but does nothing any help please and thanks
Probably machine software corruption.
It's good ideea to have pws tool for machine, try to connect with it and read some error code.
Also service manual is necessary.
