May I know what file are you printing? PDF?
if PDF, you can try printing using other pdf reader. Try using foxit pdf reader.

the computer OS is windows / mac os x?

if mac os x, are you using postscript driver?
if postscript driver is used, please check the machine have postscript card installed.
otherwise use normal PCL driver
