    Xerox C1000 Error cose 10.310

    Hi all, yesterday we had a Error 10.316, we removed the fuser and noticed the belt had moved to one side. Fuser got removed, cleaned and belt repositioned. Then we got Error 10.316. Again removed the fuser and found that the sensor which senses the position of the belt had snapped, so we fixed it, again cleaned the fuser a bit more - like new. Now we got Error code 10.310. What on earth could this be now. Suport here in Windhoek, Namibia from Xerox is very limited and we prefer trying ourselves first. Any help is super welcome.

      Not sure what info Adrianso sent but if that fails to work, remove the fuser belt and clean all the rollers inside the assembly. Pay particular attention to the wick assembly, it should be slightly damp and not dry. If it is dry the added friction will prematurely wear out the belt and cause it to run slower than expected.

      You may want to replace it.
