Work Centre 7855 Jamming on double-sided ONLY

Greetings everyone,

That machine keeps on jamming intermittently on double side print/copy
In addition, I am getting the following jam codes 312-979-000, 377-106-000 and 312-979-000

Your help will be greatly appreciated

The problem is being caused by the duplex motor. It seems to be happening more on the i machines. Replace the motor with a 75xx motor. You will have to remove some plastic around the motor for it to fit, It is slightly larger than the 78xx series motor.

Actually I have swapped duplex units of like machines. However, the same problem still persists.
Any more recommendations?
