I have a Xerox work center 5335 having color scanning issues with colored originals. They daily scan a white original then a multiple green sheets. When copying or printing all of the green originals are blank. (I haven't seen it but i have seen the end results both copy/scan). One scan I saw it started to scan the 1st sheet green (5mm) then the rest faded to white. I have cleaned all of the optics and hope that fixes it because i didn't have the paper to do a CCD white reference.
Just wishing someone has seen this or is it an user adjustment?
