[Error Code] copycenter c35 check upper cable connection error

Hello, we just picked up a COPYCENTER C35 with finisher. It worked fine yesterday but today we have an error. IT seems to be a communications error with the finisher. Output Device Communication Error, check top two cables.
We checked the cables and they are connected. I'm wondering if we can eliminate the finisher all together?

Any help at all would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

So is this what I do?

to isolate problem disconect finisher and on finisher connector on machine connect pins 3,11 and 13.

this will enabe machine to work without finisher.

there is no other way to disable finisher

where do I find the pin diagram for the finisher plug?
