[Error Code] finisher error

After initializing the NVM on a xerox 7775 computer, it marks me error in the terminator, before initializing the NVM the computer worked with the finisher, consider at first that it was a bad connection of the cables but it is not so, if I I open the door of the finisher the computer warns me that it is open, according to what I have been told is that this equipment should be assigned some value in the NVM, I used the manual of the XWC7675 but it is not very helpful to me, someone who has the PWS and give me a hand
