Xerox WC 7120 does not want get to the ready

Hi I have WC 7120 which worked perfectly. It has not been used for 2 weeks and today does not want start.

Screen shows only green bar and 1/6. I disconnected HDD to see what will happen but nothing change. I reinstall memory but problem persist.
I have check PWB and found that all leds are solid.
    Led1 green
    Led 4 yellow
    Led5 yellow
(they should be 4 green and 4 yellow)
Could you check my photo and advise where is the problem please?

If I press any button then all buttons blink 2 times then 1sec stop and blink again 2 times etc.

Have you attempted altboot yet? Try that first. After that would be replacing HDD and attempting altboot. After that would be the SBC and altboot.

Hi thank you for your reply.
That what I think should be done first but I am not Xerox expert and do not know how start altboot procedure.
I do not remember exactly but on 5330 I had to create DWLD folder and put bin file then turn the machine on with energy save button pressed. I tried the same with 7120 but no luck (the difference is I can hear some roller moving). I only have WC7120_XC_712121_110812.bin file. I know this is not the latest but I am not sure if SPAR f/w is fine.

      Could you describe altboot procedure?

        Prepare a USB Flash Drive
Ensure that the USB device to be used has sufficient free space to contain the files to be downloaded.
Create a new folder in the USB Flash Drive and name it DWLD.
Copy the software file(s) obtained in (unzip the file and extract the .bin file if required) into the DWLD folder.
        Start Upgrade
        Power OFF the machine.
        NOTE:
if USB Printing is enabled, the USB port on the Control Panel can be used.
Insert the USB Flash Drive into the USB connector beneath the USB FAX port. The FAX Cable (if present) should remain plugged in during the SW upgrade. This enables the FAX software to be upgraded using this procedure.

        Start the download
Power ON the machine while pressing the Energy Saver button. Hold the button down until Download Mode appears.
After a while, Transferring will be displayed on the UI and the S/W will start to download to the machine .If Transferring is not displayed after 3 minutes, there is a problem either with the USB Device or with the USB port. Make sure the Flash Drive is plugged in all the way. Repeat the procedure with a different USB device.

Yes that the procedure which I perform on 5330.

I have LED0 on (green) and LED4 + LED5 on (orange) - I do not Have SM so cannot check what does it mean however I run BOOT test and received 116-317.
I replaced DIMM from another working machine but it does not solve the problem.
Possible I will have to replace ESS PWB.

I think to take off one from working machine and install to this one but before I do this I would like to ask what will be the next step after replacing PWB? Can you advise?

Disconnect the network cable and try again. Before putting the device back on the network, make sure whatever print job is causing the 116-317 error is deleted from the server or sending workstation. Also, tell your customers NOT to print directly from webpages and to download PDF files before printing.

Hi thanks for reply but machine is disconnected (standing alone now),
Weird think is that sometimes it does not want even start. I have to use reset button by the power cord.
              Any suggestion?

I hate to say it, but if you have already tried special boot modes and ran the boot diagnostics only to see the code, then it looks like you need to replace the ESS board.
