    Xerox Phaser 7500

    Hi


    Little help with Xerox please.Have customer far away.User have problem with original toner.Masage on display:Install or replace magenta toner
    same with another toner.Is it may be a typical error for this model?Besides standard things, can I check something else? Thanks!!

      Found twisted contact for magenta toner.
