In brief.
Have to create a Job Flow and a Folder.
Instruct the Job flow to forward either by fax, email, smb, ftp. Link to folder.
Login as admin
go into Fax Control > Folder Service Setup > enable >
Fax Received options > Folder Select Setup > on > <enter folder number if its the only one you've made its probably 001> -
