    Anyone encountered this problem ?, Can anyone share how to solve this problem ?

          HORIZONTAL, sorry for the thread TITLE, IT'S "HORIZONTAL".

          already TRIED cleaning the WHOLE PCU, and RESET using 950-807 and still problem exist.

          any solution to solve my copier ?

              what do you mean you "cleaned" the PCU..? With What? Did you leave the PCU out and exposed to sunlight for any length of time? have you checked the developer? fuser?

              so is it feeding SEF or LEF?

                  no I didn't check the developer & fuser, ONLY cleaned and didn't expose to light very long, I've covered the drum with used coupon bond.
