DC c4470 dark prints

I have this device prints and copies darker than normal, all colours CMYK, replaced HVT both boards, updated firmware and tried one drum didnt make a difference.

Any ideas?

what are the lifes on consumables? did you do color calibrations?

Yes performed colour calibrations and consumables below 50% used.

have you checked to see if your print driver has had the settings changed? what about on the unit it's self?

The prints are dark from the device without printing from the PC, but if I were to print from PC it's dark as well, copying is dark too.

sounds like it's time to call a tech into this. Kinda hard to diagnose in this forum. ( for me at least)
