wc5225 jammining often at fuser exit

Custmer has WC5225 with jamming often at fuser exit sensor with paper half in half out 0f fuser. I took out fuser and
noticed stretched fuser exit sensor spring. ordered and replaced exit sensor ass. Still jamming in
same place but never on first copy or print. Just called customer and got him to print fault history.

great majority of jam errors are registration sensor 077-101. There were a few fuser exit sensor errors 077-106.
Is this usually just a dirty registration sensor? Frank/ActionPhotocopy

I did not see the registration sensor but thought I saw a photo sensor there and wiped it off. Thought I might have a fuser problem.I will have to go back and carefully check
registration unit. Have done only several calls on this which included quality, and fuser exit senor issues and a dim code that wound up being drum unit. Frank
