xerox wc 7535 problem

I have 7535 when I changed toner cartridge.
It has become the voice of tic tac tic tac and orders replacement of the toner cartridge.
i replace a new toner cartridge But to no avail...
help me plz

Shake the cartridge until you are able to turn the gear on the end of the cartridge by hand. Toner is packed on one end of the cartridge.
