Set IP in xerox 5225

Hi all
I have a problem with xerox 5225.
connectivity and network setup not appear in xerox 5225 tools.
so i can't set IP address for print or scan.
how can i fix it.

First are you logging in as Admin? Pass: 11111

Should say "System Administrator" upper right corner of display.

Then go to press Machine Status, then tools, then Network Productivity Setup.

Then change IP V4 to DHCP. Reboot machine, check IP with configuation page.

The go back in the same way and set ip to correct address and set to static.

but in tools ,the machine hasn't any network option to change.
and isn't any notification about network in configuration sheet.

does the machine have an IP set in it already? if so can you hook a laptop up with crossover cable and web into it?

not yet . used beafore coppier only.
and i can't connect with laptop.

try unplug and plug the network card again.

if it doesn't work, swap network card from a healthy machine.
