[Electrical] Workcentre 7225 Fuser System Error

    Hy all!

I have a big problem with a wc 7225 machine. In the home screen show the message "fuser system error", i have changed the fuser to the band nes but the problem is same. Purchased a mcu pwb board from xerox but different than the original. (attached picture)
Interesting thing, the fault register not stored fuser error (only see home screen message), but stored LD fault or LD warning. Is there a relationship?

I need the part number of the original controller.

The machine is 3 month old, and counter 30 000page. The client is very angry, but i dont know whats the problem.
What I've done: 1. software upgrade, mcu pwb eeprom swap, reset fuser maintenance counter

    Any idea?

with a machine that young I think Xerox would be able to replace parts under warranty

The part Number for the MCU PWB is 101K62800 about $300.00 direct from Xerox.

also a possibility The fuser may have over heated and the NVM not clearing.
Reset 744-248 to "0" save and reboot
If NVM 744-248 was 1,2,or3 that probably was your problem to begin with.

I had a similar problem ..solved by replacing the fuser control board. Dont know the exact name of the board .. This board supplies and controls power to the fuser unit.
