admin password recovery xerox colorqube 9303

hello guys, my boss bought 4 used colorqube 9303 and one off then had the admin changed, I already try "1111", also had tried to go into diagnostic menu and do the dc301 NVM initialization, but this are not working, can anyone tell me how to do it? thanks a lot guys.

Remove hard drives and low level format them. There is no password recovery.

Altboot would do it only if its enabled in the ios.

Send me serial number and total counter of the machine, also 20 bucks and I will generate for you the string for reset passwd to default.

Change firmware. Password automatically to be reset i.e 1111

There is a xerox application for resetting the password, just need to enter the serial number and billing metter
