[Error Code] Xerox WC 7328 10-352

Hi, I'm very familiar with this site but new to posting threads so please bear with me. I'm a Ricoh, Canon, Sharp trained tech that has a customer that has a xerox 7328. The copier had a message stating to replace the fuser. This fuser is super easy to replace. As soon as I installed the new fuser with an OEM, I rebooted the machine and it popped up wit a 10-352 error. I thought it was just a defective fuser so we ordered another. I installed the new oem fuser and it did the same thing. I reinstalled the original fuser and the error has not cleared. I reset the NV "oit" aswell and I made sure 744-03 was at (0). No help... Boom i replaced the AC Drive and the MCU and it STILL throws this error with the original fuser and the fuser counter was reset.. Please help. It's kicking my fill in the blank

You have error that mean the fuser lamps dont start.
744-03 mean overtemperatue so it dont count here.
First be sure the replacent fuser is like original fuser for 110 volts or for 220 volts depends of machine market.
Also it is different fuser for 7346 machiune than other machine from 73xx family.
You need to check why the supply voltage dont reach the fuser lamps.
Look at the LVPS power source and fuser connectors.
Follow the repair procedure from service manual.

I checked and the original fuser is a 110 the replacement was a 220. Now when I put the original back in it still pops the error. I'm guessing something blew. Maybe a fuse on the LVPS. Thanks!
