Hi, I'm very familiar with this site but new to posting threads so please bear with me. I'm a Ricoh, Canon, Sharp trained tech that has a customer that has a xerox 7328. The copier had a message stating to replace the fuser. This fuser is super easy to replace. As soon as I installed the new fuser with an OEM, I rebooted the machine and it popped up wit a 10-352 error. I thought it was just a defective fuser so we ordered another. I installed the new oem fuser and it did the same thing. I reinstalled the original fuser and the error has not cleared. I reset the NV "oit" aswell and I made sure 744-03 was at (0). No help
... Boom
i replaced the AC Drive and the MCU and it STILL throws this error with the original fuser and the fuser counter was reset.. Please help. It's kicking my fill in the blank
