    Converting a PC into Fiery/RIP Server For Xerox 7545

    Is there any way to convert a PC into Fiery Server for Xerox WC 7545?. I have few Dell Optiplex 740. Can anyone guide me through the process please.

      I don't think so, I'm not a Fiery expert but the ones I've dealt with use proprietary hardware, not a generic PC with software.

          I have done the opposite and turned fiery's into file servers but if I remember, it took replacing the bios with normal bios.

          The SCSI cards in the of the Firewire or whatever communication card the particular fiery used to mate with the copiers was specific to the device and they had custom BIOS in the PC

          But it never hurts to try i guess ..
