work center c2424 error code

Does anybody know what the error code on a c2424 code 13,264,42,45331 means and any solutions to this. I believe it is a print head over heat code

The reservoir heater overheated. Do the basics, power cycle, reseat connectors to the printhead, make sure the grounded parts are grounded ect. If the error still occurs you are looking at a printhead replacement.
