    PLZ help WC7775

    I am a certified Canon and Sharp tech. I was asked by one of my accounts to see if I could fix this WC7775 with black background. Its on copies and prints. Config page says 85% left on drum. Any ideas? I looked at the itb...clean..drum..clean...Fuser..clean....I have no idea where this splattering is coming from. Plz help. TYIA Mark

      Hi, need pictures to be able to help. This type of problem can be caused by different things, and if you're lucky, it will be one of the more visually identifiable types, but "black background" could be any of 6 or 7 different things, with completely different causes.
