wc7225 with 393-320 code

Understand this is developer(Y<M<C) motor code. Is this usually a drum unit and does the diagnostic have to be entered and value change to 0 as on some models. I am looking in SM now
but have someone in customer office at this moment. Says drum / dev units seem free(manually). I am waiting for him to call me and give more info. Nothing appears to be turning now and the code does not appear to be in display at this time. I will update in a few minutes Frank /Action Photocopy

i ordered drum units and developer drive unit 007k18491 today. If there is any info you can provide, i would every grateful. Thank you. Frank

Actually, i have not seen the error code in display. It shows up when you press machine status and fault history. The customer had called and said there was an error 393-320. When Andy was there the machine said adjustment was in progress and it went on for a while with nothing happening.
