    problem image quality in Xerox DC242

    Hello, I had problems printing in Xerox 242, the image is like duplicate. The intensity of Black is very poor.
    I put a photo. Thanks and excuse for my bad English.

    Can you get one of the CMKY internal test pages out please.
    You may have a couple of issues here but try changing the fuser over if it is repeating the image.

      I changed the fuser and the problem continues.
      Can you explain to me how can i do an internar CMYK test?

        I had this problem on xerox dc12. the problem is due to something internal to the IBT

          The worst thing, if it is the machine ROS assembly that need to be change.

            Perform an Auto Gradation (Calibration) Adjustment

            if calibration does not help clean pach image sensors.

            Print landscape cmyk test to find wich one is out. Use internal test print or use mine.
