XEROX dc252

Hi guys,
I'm working on a Xerox DC252 that gives a 094-322 error at start-up. The 2ND BTR will not go to home position. I have tried 2 different 2Nd BTR and replace the main drive motor assembly that did show sings of wear. Also does any one know if the LVPS for the WC7655 will work in the DC252?
Any and all assistance will be appreciated.

as far as the LVPS, the 7655 does not have a part number for just the LVPS, it has part number for the Power Unit (LVPS and the AC power supply). That number is the same as the Power Unit number for the DC252. So I can only assume the LVPS is the same also. Hope that makes sense. As for the error, I was getting a similar error for the 2nd BTR on a couple 560s and it turned out to be a faulty IBT assy. So you might want to swap out the belt unit with the 7655 real quick and see if that helps.

try replacing the front door interlock switch. or open and clean its internal contacts whith contact cleaner.
