    xerox wc 7855 hangs during scanning

    hello guys, i need help on these faults
    xerox wc 7855 hangs during scanning and after machine restarts its self
    machine`s touch screen is slow especially during typing

      What version of Firmware are you running?

      Where are you trying to scan to? (email, server, desktop, FTP, SMB, etc)

      More info would be very helpfull

          But the customer uses only scan to folder and the software version on the machine is 03292016085

              firmware version should be.. 073.040.237.28600

              also, you can check your HDD and/or do a image overwrite
