    [Error Code] Xerox 7675 "UI/NC Cable failure

    Hello All, Looked at all previous info on this situation and it didn't seem like a consensus had been formed yet. Mine is a xerox 7675 which says
    Reset the machine
    UI/NC interface Cable failure has occurred.
    The Machine may have been powered
    on to quickly.
    Power OFF the machine
    WAIT 2 MINUTES
    Power ON the Machine.

    This has not worked and I was hoping to get Clarification before proceeding to try Everything previously posted. The machine did sit at least 6mos before this attempted activation if that somehow makes a difference as one previous reply inquired about sit time. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. thanks

    Remove the usb cable and watch what message is poped by machine.
    If the message is changed then you have a bad usb cable - it is not an ordinary one.
    If the message is same then you need to check if net controller is booting ok.
