BizHub Pro C500 with FS-606 Finisher Problem

The tray on a FS-606 Finisher on the C500 goes up to high. You can make a few copies but after 5 or so the tray goes too high and pushes on the rollers and then you get a paper jam. Also when you start to make copies the tray goes down but then it keeps going up and down and eventually after you make 5 or so copies it goes up too high. Just wondering if anyone has any solutions.

The sensor arm has a habit of sticking on those finishers.

Hey my feelings exactly, that arm thats in the middle of the exit tray is probably squashed in! causing the tray to move up all the time! we can try and pull the frame away from the sensor@ that should do the trick..
