[Error Code] Plockmatic 5010e C error

I've been getting an error code paper jam in C area. Nothing there! There is a guide between C and D for the booklet. If I remove the guide the error goes away. When I put it back in the error is back. When the guide is not there the booklets jam going to D. Help, or suggestions welcome!

The Plockmatic 5010e is a Ricoh device. You'd have better luck over there than in the Xerox forum.
