Xerox Phaser 6600 missing magenta error 92-671

Afternoon again!

I'm like a bus... no posts for ages then two at once!

Anyone had a phaser 6600 throwing error 92-671? Asking for magenta toner and magenta IU. Occasionally it will print with no magenta.

I have tried new toner, new IU, new belt..... infact tried all IU's just in case.

I have a feeling that it could be Dev HV...

Any clues please?

just had the same problem this very afternoon, only it's cyan in my case, I'm thinking L S U at the moment,

p.s. mine in a 6605.

I now have the LSU out of the machine (what a job) i hope to fit a replacement and rebuild this afternoon, will post result asap

The dam thing never worked again and is now scrapped. how did you get on with your problem?
