    Paper jams in the inverter

    Hello friends
i have a xerox machine WC 5645 its OK for 1-sided copying when using glass only but when using ADF and making 2-sided copies, the machine jams between the inverter and the duplex module.
When making 2-2sided copies, the paper passes through the inverter but instead of proceeding to the duplex/ 2-sided module,it just drops down under it. In simple terms, the paper is not taken back to the inverter by the inverter solenoid.
For 1-sided from the ADF, the paper tends to go to duplex module and stacks there.
Anyone having an idea on this fault, help me.
    Regards

look at the duplex diverter in the ADF.. sounds like it isn't moving to the correct position.
