[Error Code] WC7345 010-398 error - please help!

Hi everybody,
I have read many posts regarding this problem and I have checked all the fans.
The fuser fan seems to work property: when the machine is ok (no errors 010-398 asking rebooting), the fan works with two speeds, as it should be (low speed normal, high speed during copies).
The only fan that in the machine is NOT working ever, is the developer fan.
According to this condition, does anybody knows if this fan is normally OFF and power on only in certain circumstances?
I think that it has to working normally as all the other ones: in this case I have to fix/change, accordingly as reported in other posts, but I don't know.

Please can somebody give me some information about?

There is a +24VDC open or short that is throwing that error.

Do you have another MCU PWB (#960K31353) that you could swap in ?
(manual suggests this as last resort, if you can't find +24VDC open or short)

Check between p/j 400 and p/j 502 for open or short

Let us know what you find.

yes the problem is the rear fan dead.
I hope to find it easily!
