Bizhub C500 Printing Speed

Does anyone know if the engine speed can be changed. A customer has two C500 (1-KM w/internal Fiery and 1-Ikon CPP500 w/external Fiery) both made within 2 months of each other. The Ikon is minimum 30% slower on the same job. Is there a way to change or increase speed.

Check memory buffer settings of the machine w/ ext Fiery if maxed-out. Also, external rips send data slower than internal rips - only noticeable on large runs.
