Looking for Certified Xerox Tech

We are having a couple minor issues with the Network card and high capacity receive tray not fully exiting paper, on our Workcentre Pro 90.

Will pay for travel and expenses. We're located in NC.

Not sure why, if you are willing to pay travel expenses, why not simply call Xerox and have them dispatch a tech?
