My Minolta EP 2030 is printing white paper, I suspect that the developer is exhausted. How can I change it? On the service manual there are no clue.

it's hardly possible 1st check expo lamp charge corona, transfer corona, drum ground etc.
place a newspaper on glass a make a copy, stop the machine in a middle of copying and take out the drum unit and check for image on drum surface -
