WC7775 bad colors...

a wc7775 started to print too light the copies/printings, i tested with another fuser and changing thinkness of paper and nothing happens... red colors are printed as orange..

any ideas to solve it?

developer is ok, this chart is printed goodxrx.jpg but counter page red-xerox logo prints brown-red dark color...

did you do a color calibration?

don't understand why the fuser change!? was there defects? fusers usually don't affect color differences

please verify whether OEM or compatible toners are being used.

did you do any cleaning to the laser ect?

Cyan and magenta little too much but yellow is huge.
You need to decrease the yellow because magenta + much yellow = orange when, in fact, you need red.

There is procedure for color calibration in machine service mode, also toneup/tonedown

i have cleaned ROS as shown on this video:

i have used no-original compatible toner
color bar chart is printed good but printed images are lighten...
i made color calibration several times but after and before samples are equal...
i tried with another fuser because in another brands as konica, if fuser is not ok, printings are lighten, but both fuser units are working fine.
how can i decrease yellow color in service mode?

Compatible toner? There's your problem. There aren't any truly good compatible toners for these machines. Some are kind of close, most are not close at all. And what you describe is EXACTLY the way in which they fail. Of course a pure C or M or Y or K print will look okay, but they don't "combine" the same way the Xerox toner "combines" to make all the other colors, and therefore you get results that are off.

Sometimes, calibration will get them fairly close. But other times, they are different enough from the density and saturation of Xerox's toner that calibration can't do it.

I've never seen a compatible toner work long term, particularly if you need the color quality to be reasonably decent. Either the colors are too far off for the machine to compensate, or it creates a huge amount of dust in the machine, or, most commonly, both.

Except in a color-doesn't-matter environment like basic office printing, I've never seen a reliable compatible toner for Xerox. (And even then, if it is too dusty, it will create print defects too severe to ignore in pretty short order.)

1.- remove cartridges with bad powder
2.- remove developer
3.- i have no idea
