Fiery X3ety file system dc242 problem

i have a dc242 a few days ago give me problem. it was work fine but few day ago the fiery cant connect to the printer. i can see the fiery with the workstation and in the browser but if i send a print to the dc242 it not print. and i cant see on the display printer the ip.
i made the server reintalation but still the same.

Fiery X3ety dc242.
any one tohelp me?

Please help me to undestand what you have:
after the SW reload there is an initial page from fiery printer when you power on the printer.
maybe could be in DHCP mode, you must change ip static mode from UI .
check if the led indicator o the fiery box shows "00" and both dipp switches are down position.

hi . the printer do not printer anything. i can config the fiery by web page. i can see all the job fron workstation. but if i send a job to printer it not print. i think maybe is the conection between fiery and the dc242. i chnaged the cable , i reload the the fiery sw but still the same

Can you make copies or print internal test patterns using dc612 ?. If you can, then It could be a bad contact between Vsel PWB and Backplane pwb or MCU Pwb. reaset this PWBs. If you have a Vsel PWB try replacing it.

Also you can try to clean the contact of the Fiery Interface PWB
