I have a WC7845 that makes a clicking noise. I have traced this to a jammed black toner dispense pipe. It appears that the pipe assembly is only held in place by 2 screws in the front and mounts on 2 pins in the rear. After removing the screws the pipe assy doesn't come out easily. Is there another screw holding it in (perhaps accessible only from the back of the machine) or do I just need to pull on it more firmly. I've looked at the parts diagram and I didn't see any other fasteners on the pipe assembly but I'm proceeding with caution.

Re: Toner Dispenser Pipe Removal
It is usually the toner cartridge that binds up. Try turning the gear on the end of the cartridge by hand. If it is hard to turn shake the cartidge until it frees up. I believe the black dispense is attached to the color dispenser. They snap together near the middle. -

Re: Toner Dispenser Pipe Removal
In this case, with the toner cartridge removed and interlocks cheated: starting to print a supplies list I can see that each time the click is heard a puff of toner comes out of the toner pipe.
