Good day, hope all is well with everybody in this new year. Seem to be having very strange print quality issue, a lot of grainy prints on all colors, attached is a few samples, First started with the black, so I had changed the developer unit thinking it might be that. now all colors seem to be grainy now. you will see via the efi fiery calibration sheet attached what I am meaning. Also changed the IBT belt assembly trying to narrow down options. still to no avail. The only thing recent that has changed with this machine is that I upgraded the IOT software to V54.54.0 to be able to activate the fuser gloss mode, but that was over a month ago, but now these print quality issues are occurring. thanks guys for your helpIMG_7570.jpgIMG_7569.jpgIMG_7568.jpg
