[Misc] Xerox Color 550 No Cyan Toner Issue

Good day everyone. I have an issue with my Xerox Color 550. I replaced the Cyan drum. I ran 1 print and the entire page was covered, from top to bottom, with cyan. After that no cyan color on any print. I check the developer unit and found not developer nor toner in the auger area. What could cause this? What should I look for?
