    [Misc] Exp260 no print blank page

    I have a problem recently reinstalled an ex260 fiery Rip it worked off the bat on my dc260 but I connect same to dc242 and all that comes out is blank pages have anyone encounter this and can shed some light on my situation please ...

      what do the internal counter/config pages look like?

      have you cleaned anything?

              WOW! Frankly that's the FIRST thing I do on ANY call! Inside and Out... feeds.. adf rollers...glass and laser slit glass or LED heads.
